What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes: full access to the conference and exhibition, welcome reception, conference dinner, and daily coffee breaks and lunches.

Can I modify my registration?

How can I pay my registration fee?

Payment is possible via major online platforms such as credit card, PayPal and iDEAL. Bank transfers and cash payments are not accepted.

Is VAT reverse charge applicable?

No. Under Dutch tax law, VAT applies to all conference registrations. Dutch organisations may reclaim VAT through their national system, but reverse charging is not applicable to foreign entities.

Is the conference dinner included?

Yes, the dinner is included in the registration fee and will take place on Monday 10 November 2025 in the historic St. John’s Church (Sint Janskerk).

What are the poster presentation requirements?

Poster boards measure 1 metre wide and 2 metres high (portrait orientation). We recommend preparing your poster in A0 portrait format. You are responsible for mounting your poster before the start of the conference. Pins will be provided.

How do I submit my presentation?

Bring your presentation on a USB stick and deliver it to the room technician before your session begins. Uploading during the session is not allowed.
