The conference program is open for short presentations on research related to Cultivated Meat. Subjects that are eligible include (stem) cell biology, biomaterials, tissue engineering, bioprocessing, medium development, metabolic modelling, computational biology, social sciences. Master students, PhD students and other young investigators in the cultivated meat space are encouraged to submit their abstracts.

Likewise as for the previous editions of ISCCM, your input on the program is important to us and we welcome abstracts on novel scientific research in the field of cultivated meat.

ISCCM11 continues a decade-long tradition of community input on novel scientific research in the field of cultivated meat. We welcome your abstract submissions for oral presentations, posters, and rapid-fire poster pitches. Master’s students, PhD students, and other young investigators in the cultivated meat space are particularly encouraged to submit their abstracts.

We welcome abstracts in the following topics:

  • Bioprocessing
  • Nutrition, functional, and sensory attributes of cultivated meat
  • Biomaterials and tissue engineering
  • Cell cultivation medium
  • Societal, environmental, and economic aspects of cultivated meat
  • Cell line development
  • Enabling technologies (e.g. AI, gene editing, -omics)

Rapid-fire poster pitch
We are excited to bring back our rapid fire poster pitch session! 10 poster presenters will be selected to give a 1-minute pitch on their work in a dynamic rapid-fire session on stage. If you’d like to highlight your poster, select “Poster + Pitch” in the abstract submission form.
