• Admission to the ISCCM10 Scientific Program and Exhibition on 17, 18 & 19 November 2024
• Coffee and lunch breaks on 18 & 19 November 2024
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on 17 November 2024
• Admission to the Conference Dinner on 18 November 2024
• Admission to the Closing Ceremony on 19 November 2024

Digital registration fee includes:

• Admission to the Digital ISCCM10 Scientific Plenary Program on 17, 18 & 19 November 2024 (no admission to poster sessions, exhibition and conference dinner)

Please note: the registration fees mentioned below are excluding 21% Dutch VAT.
Registration fees of conferences that take place in the Netherlands are subject to Dutch VAT of 21%, therefore reversed VAT is not applicable.

Conditions for cancellation
All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).

• Cancellations received before or on 4 September 2024 will be fully refunded minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 4 september 2024 or registered participants who fail to attend;
• No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund
The appropriate refunds will be made after ISCCM10 in 2024. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
