Please note: the registration fees mentioned below are excluding 21% Dutch VAT. Registration fees of conferences that take place in the Netherlands are subject to Dutch VAT of 21%, therefore reversed VAT is not applicable.

Full registration fee includes: 

• Admission to the ISCCM11 Scientific Program and Exhibition on 9, 10 & 11 November 2025
• Coffee and lunch breaks on 10 & 11 November 2025
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on 9 November 2025
• Admission to the Conference Dinner on 10 November 2025
• Admission to the Closing Ceremony on 11 November 2025

Digital registration fee includes:

• Admission to the Digital ISCCM11 Scientific Plenary Program on 9, 10 & 11 November 2025 (no admission to poster sessions, exhibition and conference dinner)

Conditions for cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: helpdesk@klinkhamergroup.com).

• Cancellations received before or on 1 September 2025 will be fully refunded minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2025 or registered participants who fail to attend;
• No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund

The appropriate refunds will be made after ISCCM11. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
