Please note: the registration fees mentioned above are excluding 21% Dutch VAT. Registration fees of conferences that take place in the Netherlands are subject to Dutch VAT of 21%, therefore reversed VAT is not applicable.

Full registration fee includes: 

• Admission to the ISCCM12 Scientific Program and Exhibition on 15, 16, and 17 November 2026
• Coffee and lunch breaks on 16 & 17 November 2026
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on 15 November 2026
• Admission to the Conference Dinner on 16 November 2026
• Admission to the Closing Ceremony on 17 November 2026

Conditions for cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be sent the ISCCM Foundation in writing (e-mail: support@culturedmeatconference.com).

• Cancellations received before or on 1 September 2026 will be fully refunded minus a € 50,00 administration fee;
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2026 or registered participants who fail to attend;
• No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

Refund

The appropriate refunds will be made after ISCCM12. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
